现受国际著名汽车零部件公司委托，招聘Cost Controlling Mgr.-Changsha。 具体要求如下:

Vacancy: Cost Controlling Mgr.-Changsha

Report to: Finance Director

Responsibilities:

l Develop, lead and motivate cost controlling team to deliver operational result

l Communicate with related departments to confirm, finalize business plan and quarterly forecast and follow up the execution

l Coordinate with related departments to deliver accurate calculation and analysis for all Business Units

l Streamline cost controlling process

l Actively involved in cost reduction project to achieve target

l Support month end and year end closing

Requirements:

l Bachelor degree in finance or accounting

l Good leadership and communication skill

l At least 3 years experience in financial management position within a multinational company, automotive products experience is preferred

l Solid finance/accounting knowledge, good understanding of business process; Proficiency in MS office and ERP system, SAP CO practice is a plus

l Fluent in spoken and written English
