Job Description (Located in Kunshan)

a.To be responsible for the whole company's finance management and cost control.
b.Activities include periodic accounting closing, tax filing and financial reports in compliance with PRC status and HQ reporting requirements.
c.Pre-set up accounting includes keeping track of all expense details and reconciling with monthly bank statements. Ensure all documentations are in compliance with the proper tax treatment.
d.Prepare corporate tax return every quarter.
e.Prepare individual tax, business tax, VAT returns and financial reports to tax bureau every month.
f.Prepare detailed monthly payroll for local employees and ensure the timely processing and payment of employee social insurance.
g.Review payment of suppliers.
h.Review local employees, a few foreign engineers and project people cash advance tracking.
i.Review office and expat housing and engineers rental contracts accounting and payment management.
j.Fixed Assets record and depreciation based on taxation policy.
k.Supervise and give support in all accounting aspects.
l.Help to set up, develop & maintain all internal control policies and its integrity.
m.To deal with auditors for statutory annual audit on financial statements.
n.Contact and keep good relationship with bankers, customers, suppliers, Tax bureau, SAFE when needed.
o.Check every staffs' claim according to corporate policy and submit them to supervisor for approval and then arrange payment to staffs.
p.Familiar with free, set-off, refund policy for export processing.
q.Familiar with Kingdee financial software.
r.Familiar with manufacture accounting process

要求
Requirements

1.Major in Accounting or Finance
2.More than 5 years working experience in accounting or finance in foreign company, especially in manufacturing company.
3.Good at communicating with the TAX bureau, Finance bureau, Bank,Auditing bureau.
4.Good at management of finance, fixed asset management.
5.CPA and middle-accounting degree is necessary.
6.Good written and oral English.
7.Good team work and study competence.
