职位详细描述	position title : Finance Manager, Wuxi reports to eputy Finance Controller, China demensions /Job description : .Accurate, timely issuance of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports according to PRC GAAP .Accurate, timely submission of corporate reporting requirements according to US GAAP .Accurate, timely submission of Chinese tax and other reporting requirements in China .Zero unplanned down-time for manufacturing and other information systems .Timely coordination and consolidation of strategic annual plans (including financial and capital plans) .Forecasting accuracy .Accurate product costing. Standardize financial control system. Pinciple accountabilities : .Works closely with the company management, especially the General Manager. Provides value added analysis, financial counsel and make appropriate recommendations to support the company’s strategic direction and operational decision making process. .Safeguards the company assets and ensure integrity of the financial processes and reporting by implementing appropriate internal controls within the organization in compliance with SOX requirements. .Responsible for financial activities of CVS Wuxi Plant: monthly finance report, cash management, cost control, financial planning and forecast. .Takes a proactive responsibility to drive the organization not only meeting the AOP commitment but also continuously driving for improvement and striving for superior performance including implementing, monitoring and reporting productivity improvement and cost out programs.. .Participates in the process of strategic and annual operating planning (AOP) processes and is expected to provide accurate and meaningful financial information to all members of the management team in order to ensure the organization achieve its financial objectives. .Responsible to oversee credit and collection and to ensure that proper credit policies are enforced throughout the organization and that timely collections are made from customers. .Works closely with the Deputy Finance Controller, China to ensure that fiduciary responsibilities are being fulfilled and to provide updates on various key business measures. .Interfaces with external auditors to ensure that all statutory requirements are met and that tax returns are filed in accordance with applicable laws and statutes. .Establishes and maintains local banking relationships (including borrowing) and relationships through Corporate Finance. .Establish and maintain foreign exchange strategy according to ARM China guidelines. .Establish and maintain customs, duty and VAT process according to ARM China guidelnes. .Ensures appropriate application of cost accounting / management for effective decision making and product costing. .Trains and builds up a talented financial organization in Changchun plant. .Establish financial internal control system, ensure the company can meet SOX requirement. And involoved in SOX complience if necessary.
具体要求	Education Experience : . Above 8 years related working experience, at least 5 years management experience. .Accounting for finance college degree. CPA is a preferance. .Manufactory working experience is a plus.
