详细职位说明如下： 1. Finance Mgr. for Consumer Digital BU Responsibilities:
Support Finance Controller with day to day financial and operational analysis to support achievement of goals
Manage the finance and accounting function and work as a partner to the business enterprise
To supervise a small team in the accounting operation (including A/R, A/P, G/L and FA) in daily operations
Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end close in accordance with group company’s policy and procedures including reconciling all G/L accounts on a monthly basis
Provide monthly financial reports to the group company as well as financial analysis
Prepare budget and forecast
Work directly with Finance to interpret financial results and assist with developing operational improvement
Liaison with auditors to ensure finalization of annual auditing and annual inspection in a timely and accurate manner
Establish and strengthen the ERP system
To oversee financial and management reporting, forecasting, business controlling, budgeting and taxation, etc.
To monitor cash flow and credit management
To perform internal control
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience in a multinational together with at least 3 years' supervisory experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
US MNC experience
Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule
Audit experience is a plus
Good command of spoken and written English
Manufacturing background
General ledger
Costing
P&L Reporting & variance analysis
Manage people experience
Good presentation skills
2. Finance Mgr. for Mechanical BU
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Tooling P&L and KOI performance for Zhuhai Mechanicals operations by providing timely and accurate financial statements and KOI Management for strategic decision making.
- Actively participate in operations meetings and reviews to assist and provide financial advice to management
1) Supervise costing Accountants and Assistant Accountants in daily operations
2) Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly P&L and Balance Sheet
3) Analysis of financial data to allow management to make business decisions
4) Establish Financial KOI and reports for tracking and controlling of Tooling spend and ensuring targets are met.
5) Liaise with operations team to resolve operational issues and/or establish financial processes in line with business goals
Relevant Experience Required:
1) Sufficient experience in accounting analysis, problem solving and report making.
2) Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, MS Word, Outlook,etc.)
3) Have good concept and knowledge of ERP systems (Preferably for Baan)
4) Have experience with a major MNC or in an EMS
