Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

. Planning, forecasting and budget, which is spent through the matrix organization across active projects.

. Interacts with and Project Leadership Team members and their staff on strategic, operational and financial planning matters. This role will partner with project managers and specific leaders as well as work with the overall team.

.


Be responsible for annual budget cycle and all associated forecasts to ensure that appropriate targets are set and significant business issues are anticipated and managed, including data submission to APAC.

.Be responsible to oversee period-end close process to ensure accuracy, timely submission and optimal management of actual.

. Developing improved forecasting and reporting processes. Provide AOP report & expenses analysis report, identify deviation, investigate reason, and take follow-up actions

. Liaise with Sales Organization to ensure efficient cross department working; Liaise with APAC Finance to ensure that monthly reporting are understood and followed, and that queries are promptly and appropriately dealt with.

Qualifications & requirements:

. Bachelor or above, CPA (or similar qualification) or master degree is preferred.

. 5 - 8 years experience in finance analysis and (or) accounting in Multi-national company.

. Familiar with SAP and Hyperion

. Good communication skills

. Scientific background or similar working roles in System Automation industry would be preferred.

Business Awareness: Good understanding of business processes and strategic/financial objectives with the desire and capability to learn more. Awareness of the fundamental economics of system automation industry and P.O.C accounting.

Credibility: Respected and valued by Finance colleagues for capabilities and contributions. Demonstrated ability to add value to partner business decisions and planning activities.

Technical Expertise: Excellent understanding of financial / budget processes. Demonstrated capability to create and manage cost centre budget data. Highly developed analytical skills. Track record of analyzing business information, integrating quantitative and qualitative data, and compellingly communicating findings or recommendations to achieve results.

Communication: Ability to effectively communicate financial and strategic concepts and proposals to local management, team members, and partners. Ability to effectively bridge communication gaps between disparate functions. Succinct and persuasive presentation skills. Organized and compelling writing capabilities.

Performance Drive / Agility: Avoids bureaucracy and enables rapid, flexible, innovative working and decision making within a complex organization. Focus on driving for results and success with a sense of urgency. Willing to be held accountable and take personal responsibility for outcomes.
