This is Anna from a global headhunting firm- Adecco, Currently, I am looking for a (Senior) Finance Manager in Shenzhen for one Fund House, this role will be Head of Finance, report to GM directely, well-paid job.

Major responsibilities:
1.根据国家相关法律法规、公司及部门业务发展和需要制定和完善财务会计制度、业务制度、内控规范并使其得以连贯实施；

2.组织公司的财务管理及会计核算工作；

3.组织年度会计决算与年度财务预算；编制预决算报告；

4.参与公司重大经济活动决策，发挥财务监督管理职能；

5.组织、配合公司审计、资产评估等相关工作；

6.制定部门的各项业务工作计划并组织实施。

Qualification:

1.财务或相关专业硕士以上学历；

2.良好的中英文口头与文字表达能力；

3.7年以上财务管理相关工作经验，熟悉基金管理公司财务会计运作体系，熟悉相关的法律法规；

4.具有良好的沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神；

5.熟练使用常用办公软件（MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）

6.具有会计从业资格，会计师资格（或CPA资格），有基金从业资格者优先。

怎么没啥反应呢。
这是一份很好的工作啊，只要你英文流利，熟悉基金公司财务运作，就可以尝试一下了。
上班朝九晚五，很轻松的办公室生活，报酬又很好。

另外，不知道这个论坛哪个行业的人才比较集聚，如果是快速消费行业的话，我目前也在寻访一名财务总监，在北京的，有兴趣也可以跟我联系。
