Title: Senior VP Finance
Location: Shanghai
Report to: CFO
Company: A NASDAQ listed company in service industry
Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not be limited to:
l Essentially a China controler role to look after the full financial operation function (accounting, consolidation, compliance, fund and cash management, planning and budgeting..etc)
l Interact with operation and set up processes and performance measures to enhance productivity, efficiency and control
l Good financial operation and management experience
l Retail experience would be a plus
l Can take private companies, listed companies or MNCs
l Based in Shanghai
Requirements: The ideal candidate should have the following competencies:
l Adequate country-wide financial operation experience
l Process improvement and performance improvement skills
l Experience with business operations to implement internal control and financial processes
l 2 yrs or above Big 4 experience would be good (not mandatory)
l Oversea education or experience preferred
l Experience at a group company is preferred
l Good US GAAP Knowledge
l Good English
