Key Deliverables: 1. Be a strong supporter to accounting manager, normally project based tasks 2. Be a team leader to lead project based team to ensure compliance company Fin policies and business ethics, as well as RDPAC codes准则 3. Be responsible for Sarbox compliance, in terms of payments and procurement(取得)关于应收账款和应付账款遵循Sarbox. 4. Be responsible for vendor(经销商) management, including procedure review, vendor revaluation, transaction analysis, to ensure to good compliance and well internal control. 5. Be independent to sample audit all accounting entries and vouchers which have been reviewed and posted by accountants, to ensure the good health of the company and correct booking and supporting in Finance, as well as to find out areas for internal improvements 6. Be responsible to set up internal audit plan on sales expenses including site visit to sales region. 7. Be responsible for TT payment & payment with contract analyses by month in order to ensure the good control and compliance with finance policies and procedures. 8. Be proactive and active on communication with managers and director within company China. 9. Continuously improve on the work procedures to ensure the optimal finance activities performance being delivered in the most efficient and effective manners. 10. Assist finance dept continuous improvements 11. Assist Finance and Accounting Dept projects. Main Customers: CRO management; IO Finance and HQ Finance; All departments, especially business biggest units (DBD)
Education and Experience Requirements of the Position: 12. Bachelor degree of Financial Accounting, from top Chinese Universities. 13. China CPA 14. (+Internationally recognized professional degree e.g. ACCA) 15. Minimum 5-7 years of post-graduation working experience is preferred 16. (+At least 3 years working in a Big-4 CPA firm, and remaining with MNC companies.) 17. At least 2 years working in a senior position, and leading a team of more than 5 persons. 18. Good English, both verbal and written 19. Good PowerPoint presentation skills 20. (+Experience working as a project leader for key project implementation) 21. Experience with an international ERP software e.g. Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, SAP etc, (Experience with SAP a plus) 22. (+Experience with other software a plus, e.g. Microsoft Office, Project, Access, Visual Basic Application etc) Notes: Items marked “+” and in italic are good-to-have additions but not necessarily a must.

Good persuasion and communication skills, and be firm in professional standing 26. Team spirit, and experience working in a team 27. Track records of meeting deadlines, and working under pressure 28.
