Position : Senior Credit Controller

Report to : Financial Controller

Location : Shanghai CBD

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with JDE Address Book Manager to update existing client database in JDE system and set up client contact/credit control filings
2. Coordinate with credit control company for credit status checking for potential new client
3. Assist Financial Controller to Review existing credit control procedure and Prepare Company’s China Credit Control Manual/Policy
4. Implement Company’s China Credit Control Policy and ensure compliance with Company’s Group Credit Control Manual
5. Review existing client credit risk level
6. Assist Financial Controller and Business Managers and Area Managers to set up credit limit for all clients according to history payment/credit status
7. Process Cash application in JDE system and Reconcile AR Balance with Client on daily basis
8. Monitor Overseas Collection and Follow Up On Withholding Tax Return Forms given by Clients timely

Job Requirements:

1. Major in accounting/finance/business management equivalent with bachelor degree
2. Over 5 Years hands on experiences in AR and Credit Control/Analysis with multinational company
3. Good Communication Skills in English
4. Experiences with JDE II system is plus not must
5. Proficient in Excel
6. Good Team Player and Self-motivated, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
7. Proven track record to supervise subordinate
