Position : Accounting Manager

Report to : Financial Controller

Location : Shanghai CBD

Job Responsibilities:

1. Make Sure All Transactions Are timely and accurately booked in JDE systems (charge to proper TB object a/c, correct business unit )
2. Provide business support to all offices/branches for information/query regarding internal management report and other analysis report or ad hoc assignment
3. Make Sure monthly end TB balance are all representing healthy balance by checking movement/analytical review
4. Make Sure All Transactions Are timely and accurately booked in JDE systems (charge to proper TB object a/c, correct business unit )
5. Provide business support to all offices/branches for information/query regarding internal management report and other analysis report or ad hoc assignment
6. Make Sure monthly end TB balance are all representing healthy balance by checking movement/analytical review
7. Prepare and review all internal management reporting/ regional report/ corporate timely and accurately
8. Review payment requests according to COMPANY’S payment / expenses reimbursement policy

Job Requirements:

1. Hold CICPA or ACCA or Other Equivalent Qualification
2. Over 7 years relevant working experiences and 3 years in manager position
3. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Business Manangement/Economics etc
4. Working experience in Big 4 accounting firm
5. Good Communications in English (Oral and Writing)
6. Proficient in Advanced Excel
7. Self-motivated leader to work under tight schedule and pressure
