Position: Accounting Manager

Location: Lang fang Economic and Technical Development Zone

(Shuttle bus available between Beijing and the plant, about 1hour by car from Beijing to Langfang)

Job description:

Take overall responsibilities of all financial and accounting function of the company, including:

1. Manage and direct the activities of the accounting team of 8 staff to ensure smooth operation of accounting function;

2. Maintain accounting systems in accordance with corporate guidelines and requirements.

3. Be responsible for the sign off of all journals and monthly reconciliation and monthly closing.

4. Provide finance analysis report for management decision.

5. Maintain effective internal controls in compliance with the internal management requirements and statutory requirement.

6. Liaise with local bankers, tax authority, auditor and related government bodies for banking, taxation and related issues

7. Others ad hoc

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting or related disciplines

2. At least 5 years relevant working experience in international manufacturing companies with minimum 2-year at manager or supervisor level.

3. Competent knowledge of accounting and taxation regulations, CPA is preferred.

4. Strong analytical skills, well organized and detail oriented.

5. Good communication coordination skills.

6. Good spoken and written English.

7. Proficiency in MS office with extensive excel skills.

8. Familiar with computerized accounting system, experience with ERP implementation would be a plus
