职位描述/要求：

Job Responsibilities:

1、Perform risk assessment, propose China annual integrated audit plan.

2、Conduct annual financial audit, IT audit, and SOX audit according to integrated audit plan

3、Coordinate with US SOX team to implement SOX in China

4、Work with external auditor and assist their audit.

Qualification:

1、Bachelor degree or above, with major in Finance or Accounting;

2、At least 8 years' solid professional experience preferably gained with an international professional services firm like Big 4;

3、More than 3 years experience in managerial position;

4、Excellent communication skills with fluent English and Mandarin, both orally and in writing;

5、A team player with effective leadership and managerial skills;

6、CPA, CIA or CISA is a plus.
