We are now looking for available manufacturing finance talents who will be interested in being a finance strategic analyst in Shanghai. Our client is a big fortune 500 Company with high reputation within construction material industry.

The requirements and job responsibilities are as follows:


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct market research and analysis of the company's current market and competition, new
market areas and future market conditions
· Provide modeling and analytical support to the expansion and growth of business.
Investigate into the feasibility of setting up new business opportunities.
· Analysis profitability of capacity utilization and recommend timing and plan for expansion.
· Assist marketing department in identifying critical actions that lead to investment grade
business.
· Perform M&A financial modeling, conduct due diligence, involve in negotiations and others as
requested.
· Lead the effort with annual Strategic plan setup, align resources and action plans to develop a
viable business plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor Degree in Business / Engineering / Accounting with a minimum of 10 years of
Financial Analysis experience required
· MBA is preferred
· Very high competency in financial modeling. Knowledge with decision support model such
as "@ risk" is required.
· Background in business development is desirable
· Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment—a creative thinker.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
· Independent yet a team player, result-oriented, strong analytical skills and ability to work
under pressure.
· Overseas working experiences preferred yet not essential.
