JOB DESCRIPTION Finance Supervisor

I. POSITION CHARACTERISTICS

a. Position: Finance Supervisor

b. Location: Nabors China

c. Reports To: Chief Representative

d. Position Summary:

The Finance Supervisor will play a significant role in the process and support of the construction and operations department in cost tracking, payment processing, and multiple special projects.

e. Duties & Responsibilities:

i. Finance

· Manage the financial operation and administrative operation for NPL China

· Process monthly financial report for NPL China and monthly reclasses for NDIL, NDUSA and Canrig operations in China

· Coordinate with corporate and outside accounting firm on the monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing

· Manage the labor contracts for all Chinese local employees

· Coordinate with Shared Services AP and Chinese suppliers on all PO payments

· Manage the local bank accounts to support the NPL China and Canrig China operations

· Provide the financial support (including wire payments) to NDIL and NDUSA project teams in China

· Process reimbursements for local Chinese employees

· Assist Chinese service technicians obtaining foreign entry visas

· Maintenance payment logs for reporting and tracking

· Maintenance cost tracking spreadsheets for construction and special projects

· Identify and implement process improvements

· Additional duties and special projects as they arise

ii. Administration

· General support office staff

· Translation and Interpretation

· Travel coordination

II. CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS

a. Experience:

· Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in a related field

b. Education and Training:

· Bachelor degree acquired from an accredited University (accounting or finance preferred)

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and word

· Fluent in English and Chinese written and verbal a must

c. Personal Attributes:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Exceptional attention to details and deadlines

· Ability to identify related issues

· Outstanding Interpersonal skills

· Confidence, confidentiality, organizational skills, & persistence

· Team player
