Role:

2 Responsible for periodic reporting, planning and analysis of area and market unit financial results, KPIs to Area management to facilitate assessment and performance review.

2 Support the Area and MU teams in order to drive and streamline the process of budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

2 Support the Area and MU teams in the identification of key issues/opportunities for improvement and the development/ implementation/ follow-up of action plans, and provide financial support to various projects in the Area.

Accountabilities:

2 Area and MU reporting

? Coordinate with CBR and MU to implement and sustain Area MU financial and KPI reporting

? Consolidate to provide Area level view of financial results and KPIs

? Reporting performance tracking and corrective plans

? Build financial database to support the information needs from area management team

? Provide support and coaching to MU level to improve finance operation in reporting and key business transactional cycles, and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulatory rules.

2 Area and MU Analysis

? Support Area and MU management in development of Annual Operating Plan, Periodic Forecasting and Internal Targets

? Support trend analysis (Volume, Pricing, Cost) and benchmarking to ensure accuracy and reliability of Area / MU targets and identify improvement opportunities, model alternative scenarios

? Responsible for Area consolidation, analyze actual business results and variances versus plans to highlight issues and opportunities proactively for management actions, identify risks and opportunities for balance of year forecast and provide recommendations

? Communicate analysis results, support development and implementation of corrective plans, and track results

? Develop, support and sustain rollout of standardized periodic analysis tools.

2 Area Project Support

? Support to develop financial modeling on business projects to evaluate financial viability, risks and opportunities and sensitivity

? Track on actual performances vs plan

? Support other projects initiated by the Area management

? Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

2 Knowledge & Experience

? University graduate

? Strong accounting knowledge with prior experience on G/L or reporting, CPA preferred

? Minimum 3 years of working experience, FMCG experience desirable and preferably with Big 4 or Analyst background
