Job scope:

2 Manage tax aspects of Company businesses in China so that tax liabilities are legally minimized by rendering effective advice on how to do business in order to optimize tax positions; ways to structure new investments, joint venture operations, acquisitions and divestitures in the most tax-efficient manner; ideas and procedures to obtain, maximize and utilize tax incentives; and planning of supply chain alternatives to achieve tax savings.

2 Ensure strong tax compliance, and supervise tax returns preparation and filings in China.

2 Monitor changes in tax legislation and advice on how they affect Company operations.

2 Lead defense of tax audits in China.

2 Co-ordinate activities and work closely with Asia Pacific Regional Tax Team and parent company Tax representatives on all cross-border transactions and parent company reporting issues.

2 Provide assistance and recommendation to JV companies and Company business units on tax aspects relating to financial and business management objectives.

2 Facilitate compliance administration with global transfer pricing policies. Respond to inquiries from other staff members in China who will be involved in tax compliance and transfer pricing setting and monitoring any country specific issues with respect to transfer price matters.

Qualification Requirement:

2 University education background in finance / accounting / taxation.

? At least 6 years of working experience in China tax, and experience with a Big 4 accounting firm would be preferred. Knowledge of international taxation systems would be a plus.

? Ability to travel, mostly in China.

? Strong communication skills. Good Chinese and English language skills, both oral (Potungua) and written.

? Ability to lead and develop less experienced staff in China accounting & finance organizations.

? High personal ethics and team attitude

Salary: 30~35K*13+bonus
