Primary Responsibilities:

- Taking the lead in establishing costing process for various products manufactured in Tonglu Plant i.e. yearly SPC update, establish SPC monthly tracker, publish monthly Mfg variance dashboard

- Partnering with production and sourcing team on product cost tracking and ICP opportunities, build up monthly MDV analysis report, drive cross-functional monthly review mechanism to enhance financial visibility on manufacturing variance

- Maintain Liquidation tracker, build up linkage with production plan to drive daily production volume monitoring

- Take the lead in establishing a right job order process with production team to improve Mfg variance estimation accuracy

- Build up monthly PPV/IPV/freight absorption variance analysis, coordinate with engineering & sourcing team to identify potential saving opportunities and track improvements

- Take the lead in inventory management thru’ monthly cycle count, yearly PI, inventory movement report & aging report, optimize stock level to drive best working capital performance & support controllership team in FIFO booking

- Build up & maintain production overheads bench mark & the communication mechanism with functional leaders to define potential saving opportunities

- Organize & lead monthly cross-functional production performance financial review, identify improvement needs, and track actions on monthly basis

- Provide rolling forecasting for quarterly liquidation, variance & production running expenses

- Other ad. hoc requirements including supporting SI/SII/OP, rolling forecasting, internal/external auditing, etc.

Qualifications Required:

1. 5+ years’ costing experience in multi-national manufacturing site

2. Knowledge of Oracle manufacturing module is mandatory

3. Fluent English skill (reading, writing & speaking) is mandatory

4. Proficient in spreadsheet modeling (Excel)

5. Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance fields is preferred

6. Can work across multiple functions and stakeholders to influence decision making

7. Ability to communicate adequately with different management levels (local and HQ)

8. Can do attitude under stretch targets and autonomous
