Primary Responsibilities:
· Maintenance of GL and all its related activities inclusive of fixed assets management, interco accounting and co-ordination, maintain mapping of US GAAP accounts to Chinese accounts, costs allocations, etc based on US GAAP and China GAAP accounting · Khalix reporting · Manage GL team to execute responsibilities · Advise and execute basic and intermediate level tax compliance matters · Oversee tax compliance filings · Manager AP team to execute responsibilities · Other accounting duties as allocated: - Maintain data of previous accounting system (SCALA) - Headcount entry into accounting system · Liaising with Banks
Skills required
Essential Skills Required; · Microsoft Excel · Good English skills · Familiar with an accounting systems and report extraction
Knowledge/Experience
Essential Experience Required; · Minimum 5-7 years of GL experience in an International company · Familiar with tax accounting, filings and tax incentives and compliance in China · Experience in dealing with auditors · Experience with managing small teams Desirable Experience Required; · Preferably has some US GAAP accounting exposure
Qualifications
· Degree in Accounting or Business Finance · Local accounting qualifications

· Professional maturity · Can handle stress · Leadership quality
