Job Description in Detail :

Support China operations management and Regional Vice President of Finance Work as a strategic business partner with operations management to continuously improve and drive the business Financial consolidation and analysis of China Financials Evaluate new China joint venture and wholly owned opportunities as required Help to identify and implement an optimized China ownership structure. Oversee annual business plan, month end reporting, and long-range investment development Ensure financial controls / systems are robust and effective including SOX Compliance Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures Prepare, review and interpret financial analyses Evaluate business cases for new business opportunities Take proactive role in accounting/finance talent acquisition, career development, and retention

Requirements :

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance - MBA preferred Fluent in Chinese and English Previous finance experience working in, and/or setting up, a China joint venture Outstanding communications, analytical, planning, and teamwork skills Outstanding people skills with the ability to communicate and interact with all levels of the organization and with many diverse individuals and cultures Achievement oriented with the ability to work independently, must be a self-starter and proactive Strong accounting knowledge and problem resolution skills Working knowledge of Hyperion Experience with an ERP system – implementation experience ideal Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
