职位描述：

Involve into various business development projects and support the management team with solid business analysis. 参与到公司各种业务发展项目中，为公司管理层提供专业的业务分析。
? Accurately make/verify sales price analysis report base on different business segment and different product portfolio, and afford the description of the root drivers about sales price deviation. 基于不同的业务领域和不同的产品结构提供准确的销售价格分析报告，准确说明销售价格变动的驱动因子。
? Take the role of weekly sales price trend report, and support M&S to monthly draft standard sales price list, and maintain sales price control tool. 承担每周价格走势分析的职责，配合市场/销售部制订月标准销售价格清单，维护销售价格控制工具。
? Implement our methodology for innovation product performance analysis, pipeline report and sales opportunity report, summaries on performance at various levels (eg. Product level, customer level, company level)按照我们的要求和方法，进行创新产品绩效分析、新项目分析和销售机会分析报告，对不同层面（如产品、客户、公司）的业绩进行财务分析和总结。
? Support Finance Manager to develop and implement the action plan of JDR business strategy dialog ensuring complete financial evaluation of BSD/ASR and specific project evaluations. 支持财务经理去发展和执行JDR业务战略制定的行动计划，确保完成BSD/ASR的财务评价和特定的项目评价。
? Using database software and C++ software to provide strong analytical tool for project evaluation. Initiate effective business analysis via building up business model and identifying key financial indicators. 应用数据库软件和C++软件去建立较强的分析工具，有效地进行项目评价、有效率的业务分析，并通过监控关键财务指标来建立业务模型。
? Support CRM project in JDR, and help to run it in future. 支持公司的客户管理软件项目，并帮助将来的运行。

任职资格：

Educational level
- Bachelor’s degree or high vocational level in general or business economics or IT experience, MBA is preferred
? Knowledge of and experience in own discipline
- Above 8 years experience in a finance and control position
- Knowledge of and experience with Marketing analysis and control processes
- Knowledge of relevant internal requirements and procedures
? Knowledge of and experience in other relevant discipline
- Good English communication
- Professional on database tool and C++ application
- Familiar with business processes
