具体描述：

Job Description:
- Report to the DCCN/FC on aspects of finance functions such as monthly report for Chinese legal entities & relevant business planning.
- Build and lead the finance team to fulfil internal and external financial reporting requirements.
- Analyse the historic and forecast financial performance of the Company and investment assets.
- Maintain and improve the effectiveness of the Company's systems, operation processes and internal controls.
- Participate in project teams relating to new business initiatives and other activities.

任职要求：

Requirements:
- Graduated with a bachelor degree, majored in Accounting or Finance
- At least 10 years financial working experience in foreign invested companies, at least 5 years experience on a managerial level
- Strong leadership skills and behavior competence to lead a team in providing a high quality service.
- Sound understanding of China reporting and tax regulation
- Strong interpersonal skills including people management, team player, good communication skill.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Fluent English in both speaking and writing, German will be plus
