具体描述：
1) Manager cash pooling and improve working capital with appropriate review mechanism and reporting system.
2) Lead team members and coordinate with Group and other department to improve cash flow forecast
3) Manage cash and liquidity, coordinate funding and debt management,
4) Drive borrowing costs down as much as we can;
5) Ensure adequate banking lines and financing for our rapidly growing business;
6) understand various business/ financial risks, develope and coordinate effective property and liability insurance / financial arrangements to migrate such risks in the most cost effective manner;
7) provide information to group to hedge foreign exchange risk per group policy
8) conduct revaluation of financial derivatives
9) conduct credit control, monitor payment term from customers, review LC proposal from customers
10) review documentation for LC collection, ensure timely collection from customers
11) Other tasks assigned by Financial controller
