Financial Analysis and Report

? Provide financial analysis for management，identify key issues and recommend solutions.
? Submit none financial Data and prepare the monthly HFM reports.
? Prepare monthly rolling forecast, identify risks and opportunities, and assure plan achievement.
? Lead preparation of annual business plan; involve strategy decision of each business units.
? Budgetary control and management

Management Support

? In Charge of Company’s preparation for Area and World Headquarter operating review meetings.
? Liaise with Area FP&A to follow up the projects of other departments.
? Provide return on investment analysis for capital expenditure and major acquisition.

? Staff Training and other assignment as required

任职资格的具体描述：
Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree or above, majored in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or economics. MBA or CPA is a plus.
? Six years working experience in financial analysis area, Proficient knowledge of accounting and finance management.
? Hyperion experience is required.
? Excellent Communication skills in both English and Chinese.
? Manufacturing Costing and EPR Experience are preferred.
? Demonstrate initiative, leadership and business Acumen.
