职责：
1、Provide financial analysis for management,identify key issues and recommend solutions.
Submit none financial Data and prepare the monthly HFM reports.
2、Prepare monthly rolling forecast, identify risks and opportunities, and assure plan achievement.
3、Lead preparation of annual business plan; involve strategy decision of each business units.
4、Budgetary control and management.
5、In Charge of Company’s preparation for Area and World Headquarter operating review meetings.
6、Liaise with Area FP&A to follow up the projects of other departments.
7、Provide return on investment analysis for capital expenditure and major acquisition.
8、Staff Training and other assignment as required.

要求：

1、Bachelor degree or above, majored in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or economics. MBA or CPA is a plus.
2、Six years working experience in financial analysis area, Proficient knowledge of accounting and finance management.
3、Hyperion experience is required.
4、Excellent Communication skills in both English and Chinese.
5、Manufacturing Costing and EPR Experience are preferred.
6、Demonstrate initiative, leadership and business Acumen.
