岗位职责：

Lead Tax team to manage the day to day tax operation including tax filing, processes managing and external and internal reporting for all XXX entities in China.
- Ensure all tax statements are properly prepared and submitted on time.
- Communicating with local tax bureaus, and other local authorities to ensure the tax favorable treatment for the company
- Lead to manage tax assessments and tax audits by interfacing with external tax authorities, government agencies as well as XXX internal functions
- Ensure the business complies with the latest national and local regulations and policies.

任职资格的具体描述：
Base Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in finance/ economic related subjects

-A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in tax environment including tax experience with a Big Four Firm or reputable Multinational Corporation or prestigious tax consulting firm.
-In-depth understanding of China tax regulations and practices
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a wide range of people at different level of the organizations
-Work independently
-A team player with excellent English and Chinese communications skill
