Sales Planning: To gather related data to prepare sales planning for both the short and medium-term. This includes sales forecasting (KA-based), expense forecasting (cost centre), budgeting and Strategic Financial Planning.
- Financial Analysis: To prepare financial analysis of the monthly actual performance, variances to forecast (and providing explanations), promotional plans and effectiveness analysis of promotional plans and customer/product profitability
