具体要求如下：

Summary of Responsibilities:

Maintain a standard checklist of period journal entries.
Deal with US GAAP entries.
Create US GAAP report
Create footnotes to financial states
Monitor changes in generally accepted accounting principles
Present Financial results to related management.
Maintain the chart of US-GAAP accounts
Ensure that the monthly BS reconciliation
Support the annual expenses budget as needed
Create internal management report
Create an efficient financial system
Assist in the annual audit as required
Supervise the related staff

Principal Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and analyzing USGAAP Report
2.Monitor changes in generally accepted accounting principles

Competencies:
At least 4 year work experiences in foreign companies, 2 year in JV Insurance Company is prefer
Good in English both on Oral and written
Good communication and inter-personal skill
Good computer skill on PC software application; Prefer to have knowledge about SUN system
Familiar with US Accounting Policy & Government Regulation
Ability to work under pressure and time limit

Qualification Required:University degree
