岗位职责：

- Work closely with management team to formulate long term financial and strategic goals of the company, provide advice to ensure decisions are supported with strong financial understanding and meet revenue and profit goals for the business
- To be in charge of all aspects of the financial organization covering financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax issues, risk control and to fulfil complete and accurate statutory reporting
- Responsible for managing investor relations and liaison with investment and financial institutions
- Responsible for earnings release, collaborates with financial reporting, public relations, marketing, legal, business development, and others as needed
- Work closely with external parties including external auditors, bankers, legal counsels and government officials for achieving financial and business objectives
- Prepare for board meetings, assist with annual, general, and special shareholder meetings
