岗位职责

1. Annual Business Planning. Assist China team in Annual Plan preparation process. This includes: > Assist to coordinate all functions to submit information timely; > Validate information and check its reasonability; > Consolidate financial report as needed and transfer into systems.

2. Business Performance Management and On-going Planning Support. > Assist to manage the Outlook on a quarterly and monthly basis. > Assist to do variance analysis vs. Plan, Forecast and Last Year, > Assist in preparing management meeting. > Assist to submit Outlook, Forecast timely in requested format, with high level of accuracy and thoroughness; > Accrual and other regular closing report preparation

3. Cross-functional Project Support. > Classical projects include new product launch, channel profitability analysis, market spending control, competitive analysis, support to trading term negotiation etc. under supervision. > Key coordinator role in collecting information; Need to validate and challenge information when necessary; > Effectively using professional knowledge to conduct value-added analysis to support decision making; > Enable to communicate and work effectively with different people
