岗位职责

Purpose of the Position:
The project manager will manage the acquisition and divestment activities in the Greater China region for Business Units (BU). He/she will manage the M&A process to ensure BU’s growth initiatives as well as relevant corporate procedures and guidelines are fulfilled.

Responsibilities
? Manage target screening process, including but not limited to market research, target company analysis, with proper input from BU and external consultant
? Manage due diligence process on target companies with clear delegation and assignment to internal and external experts with defined responsibilities
? Work as a team member in the implementation of transactions, such as target valuation, business planning, contract negotiation and closing, esp. with advises of local insights and M&A expertise
? Manage the authority approval procedures related with the transaction with internal & external supports
? Assist BU in planning and implementation of post merger integration
