岗位职责

Position: APAC Finance Controller
Location: Shanghai
Purpose:
Responsible for directing the regional accounting functions. These functions include implementing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives. Establishes and reviews operational budgets with management. Sets measurements for performance, and works with operations to achieve targeted measures. Prepare good forecasts for the P & L, Balance Sheet and for Cash generation and cash requirements to fund investments. Take care of all tax and treasury issues. Ensure statutory reporting and tax compliance as well as the proper conversion to US GAAP (or IFRS) as required. Accurate and timely reporting from China & India back to USA divisions and Corporate. Maintain regional compliance with the requirements of US SOX as implemented by corporate. Ensure a strong internal control environment. Develop a strong finance organization, particularly in JV partners. Be a business partner to Asia VP to help grow the business in the China market.
