岗位职责

RTM Finance Analyst/Manager

- Support Country RTM Sales teams
- Develop POS performance tracking process
- Assist in Annual URM Planning
- Actively involve in driving accurate quarterly forecasting
- Weekly sellthru and forecast planning with Sales, Regional Finance and Operations
- Monitor cost of sales and margin for overall China
- Assist and review quota setting for sales
- Review and manage RTM Cost of Sales including Sales Adjustments and OPEX
- Review and approve deal desk applications
- Review country promotions and channel program before submission to Regional Finance for approval
- Monthly P&L and BS review and analysis to ensure adequacy & compliance to iCat/ SOX.
- Work with GDV team in reporting systems enhancement
- Take on adhoc Finance projects as required
