RESPONSIBILITIES
? In charge of overall Finance & Accounting operations in LYG
? To manage, supervise and coach the Finance Function in LYG Operations ensuring the provision of accurate and timely information to all parties in accordance with the reporting requirements and by the rigorous exercise of appropriate accounting procedures, internal controls and policies.
? To utilize the financial system to provide management information to the managers to enable them to set goals, make decisions and monitor performance.
? Maintain close relationship with banks or other financial institutions to set up an effective mechanism for cash management including process, procedures, etc.
? Support the development of capacity expansion strategies, the planning and execution of business development activities
? Establishment of financial and operational standards
? Work together with the Supply Chain dept. to do purchasing cost control and analysis on silicon and all kinds of auxiliary materials
? Assist in annual budget preparation and variance analysis
? Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory requirements
? Oversee and manage preparation of monthly Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet and ensuring monthly results are submitted to Management
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
? BS in Finance or relevant, at least 5yr relevant experience
? Broad Business insights and knowledge.
? Strong communication skill
? Strong personality demonstrating leadership, integrity and mature judgment skills.
? Results oriented, analytical, decisive and strategic thinker.
? Highly developed financial controller skills.
? Self-organized and works well under pressure.
? Manufacturing finance and costing experience
? Strong computer skills; ERP experience, SAP is preferred
? Good command of English and interpersonal skills
