Supervisor

Direct report to CFO and dotted line to the Project Director

Scope of responsibility:

? General partnering with the Jiading Master Plan Project Manager

? Participate in the Jiading Master Plan Steering Committee and provide regularly updates to the Group & China top management level

? Define and hire external consultants related to Master Jiading

? Define investment & Expense Allocation keys to dpts.

? Define Project Controlling tolls be used by all stakeholders.

? Decide & support the vendor selection with other project leaders

? Develop a proper system to ensure financial management during Contracting & Construction. Define the project controlling tools be used by all stakeholder. Manage & control the budget and forecasts for the overall Jiading Master Plan as well as the individual phase / individual project budgets.

? Manage overall Budget Control by Verify and approve change orders ,supplier invoices (A/P) & payment

? Consult & support the Project Manager and the Division Heads to develop investment budgets / project spending incl. the ROI analyze for the factory and the R&D Center

? Consult & support to validate and confirm final Accounting Concept (cost centers, AuC, Account Principles) and detail design of the Jiading Master Plan

? Consult & support Corporate Purchasing in the negotiation / contracting of suppliers

? Lead and execute periodic risk assessments and establish / manage execution of risk mitigating action plans

Qualification/Experience

? Around 30 - 35 years old

? Solid experience in real estate development and project controlling (ev. management) also with a General Contractor

Education

? Master (or BA) in Civil Engineering combined with a good Finance & Controlling background (ev. with an additional MBA)

Language

? Very good English skills (preferably with some experience abroad)
