Position：Accountant & Admin
Reports to: General Manager
Prepare finance statement and analysis reports.
Coordinate external audit and internal audit.
Key Responsibilities:
1、Implement company’s accounting policy and procedures in local office; Set costing method, accounting process, closing process and reporting process.
2、In charge of daily accounting, banking affairs, and related tax issue for company; In charge of invoice billing and accounts receivable monitoring; and other reports to local government.
3、Check for daily expenses; Daily Fixed assets management; Filing for Financial documents;
4、Timely provide accurate, accountable, authentic finance statements based on Chinese GAAP and Germany GAAP.
5、Submit Monthly Report and statistics report; Provide the financials analysis report. E.g. Actual vs. budget, actual vs. forecast.
6、Responsible for annual auditing; Work with internal control, prevent the mistakes in accounting through duty segregation, double-check, and effective process, etc.
7、Track product costing data, compare our data with the goal or competitors data, devote to product cost control through (not only) improving labor efficiency, reducing electricity consumption, logistics cost, cutters cost, scrap.
8、Assist plant manager to complete the budget, analyze the actual financials with the budget or other goals to find the root cause.
Others: manage plant admin staff as (report to plant manager)
9、Admin service work such as business car, dormitory, air ticket, hotel, courier, reception, VISA, Expatriate work permit and license of Residence and so on. To provide better service to all employee.
10、Responsible for ensuring basic hygiene and cleanliness standards in company, including housekeeping, enforcement of office 5S standards, management of cleaners and communication with the estate management, etc.

12、Plan and arrange Admin daily work, optimize and standardize Admin operation procedures. Cooperate with HR or other managers to arrange activities to promote corporate culture and orientation.
13、Responsible for other works as per company business need or assignment;
Qualifications and Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above in accounting; familiar with Chinese GAAP & IFRS; hold accountant certificates;
2、At least 5 years’ experience in accounting related position, experience in foreign company preferred;
3、Work proactively with responsible attitude and reliable for any assigned work by the company;
4、Skillful to use Micro software and accounting e-systems;
5、Good command on English; CPA is a plus
6、Honest; good team work spirit and strong responsibility.
