职位Title: Adv.Sp. Financial Mgmt. (IT Planning & Control)

Report to: Manager IT Planning & Control

1.Key Objectives and Scope of the Position

Explain why the position exists / the goal of this position.

To ensure the proper implementation of IT Planning, Budget and Purchase Controlling, Resource management, andCoordination IT corresponding status overview.

2.Major Responsibilities and Degree of Influence

Major Responsibilities

Responsible for a comprehensive range of budgetary and fiscal analyses aimed for IT budget plan and control( Full Responsibility)

Have experience with business systems functional analysis, design, testing and documentation(

Shared Responsibility)

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently is essential(shared Responsibility)

Must have highly effective analytical and problem solving skills(Full Responsibility)

Coordinate with BMW AG and ZA for IT related operation contract and payment process(Shared Responsibility)

Responsible for IT purchase forecast and corresponding purchase activities in SAP( Full Responsibility)

Responsible for IT resource plan and KPI calculation coordination and status repor(Full Responsibility)

3. Scope of Communication / Negotiation

Internal Planning & Quality team, BBA IT dept, BBA business dept, BMW-AG IT dept.

External External …...and institutions, Supplier……..

4. Qualifications

Education / Degree:

Degree level or equivalent experience in computer science or a business systems-related subject

5.JOB DESCRIPTION

Knowledge / Skills /Competences

Technical Skills: Project management, business analysis, budget analysis, numerical demonstration

skills, accounting and fiscal management

Business Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of key business process streams such as: Logistic process,

Finance process, Sales and Service process, Quality management.

Process skills: IT Business Planning, Development and Maintenance

Microsoft Office systems competency

ITPM/ITIL methodology

Proficient English, German would be an advantage

Presentation skills, time management skills, team working spirit, leadership skills, trainer skills,

professional, disciplined, assertive, positive

Controlling background and essencial skill

6.Experience

4 to 5 years of Consulting background or IT system support or controlling background experience

Relevant industry experience is preferred

Familiar with data analysis, Project Management and IT Planning

5 to 8 years Of total woring experience .
