Responsibilities:
1) Manage the daily operations of finance department
2) Manage and oversee all finance and tax compliance activities, including day-to-day transactions, operational analysis;
3) To draw up reports that analyze the differences between actual data and the budgets, providing appropriate explanations to facilitate making decisions for improvement;
4) Financial analysis and manufacturing cost analysis;
5) Perform annual budget, monthly forecast and standard cost estimation;
6) Prepare reports and information upon local management and follow management requirements;
7) Supporting business growth plan in China with dynamic compliance environment;
8) Tax planning and filling;
9) Optimize and support ERP implementation.



Requirements:

1) Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or accounting;
2) Above 8 years working in multinational manufacturing company, automotive industry is preferred, and 3 years above in management level;
3) Good knowledge of accounting and controlling;
4) Familiar with Chinese financial and business;
5) Fluent oral and writing in English;
6) Self-motivation, can be working under high pressure
