招聘单位：某外资化工贸易企业（欧洲企业） 招聘职位：Financial Controller 工作地点：上海。金茂大厦 工作职责： 1. Budgeting and control of the administrative costs. Reporting on these costs on a regular basis to the Parent company; 2. Budgeting of sales and COGS and all other related sales costs In cooperation with the Sales managers and Parent company; 3. Performing the budget vs actual analysis, developing and proposing the improvement initiatives; 4. Control over all payments done by the company; 5. Management of the purchase prices between the Parent company and Citco Shanghai Trading Company; 6. Cash management and interaction with the local banks regarding the trade finance products and loans. Cooperation and reporting to the treasury department of the Parent company; 7. Coordination of the outsourced accounting function; 8. Preparation of the financial reporting on a monthly basis according to the requirements of the Parent company for consolidation purposes; 9. Monitoring of the local accounting/tax legislation and providing the Parent company management sufficient information and advise regarding the measures to be undertaken due to these changes; 10. Monitoring of the payment discipline of the customers and monitoring the overdue receivables; 11. Making regular balance reconciliations with the customers and warehouse providers; 12. Interaction with different bodies if required, such as: Tax authorities, customs office, external consultants etc; 13. Support of the management of the company as well as of the Parent company in decision making; 任职要求： Financial background (accounting and financial education) Working experience (preferably in multinational environment) in Chemical / Trading area Understanding of International reporting standards Other Qualities and knowledge 1. Good verbal and writing English, knowledge of financial terms in English 2.
