2. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES （主要职责）

? Lead the sales and financial planning process; Closely work with Sales to formulate business plans to drive business growth

? Facilitates business decision making by providing relevant financial analysis to commercial departments

? Supervise closing process in commercial areas, and provide variance analysis to enable better understanding of changes in business drivers, bring management focus attentions on key issues and actions

? Initiate and lead continuous improvement in processes and systems

? Ensuring adherence to internal control / SOX processes in commercial areas, including sales administrative, credit control and expense management

? Lead the actions to minimize risk of unproductive FG inventory;

? Facilitated successful launches of new products and provide proposal to improve financials

? Attract and develop talents and continuously improve organization capability

4. QUALIFICATION （任职资格）

1. Knowledge & Experience （知识与经验)

? Bachelor degree in finance, MBA is prefer

? Preferably from FMCG/ telecom industry & MNC preferred

? Minimum 6 years of related finance experience

? Good Business sense

2. Hard Skills & Soft Skills（技能与能力）

? Broad, up to date knowledge of finance and accounting and applicable statute

? Ability to work comfortably in a cross functional team and excellent interpersonal skills

? Excellent analytical skills – able to identify opportunities /problems from unstructured data

? Ability to understand, interpret and anticipate the operating environment

? Ability to convince/persuade by excellent communication skills – verbal and written

? Strong leadership to drive changes

? Very good knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc
