Further must have an independent as well as a team oriented working style, energetic, can cope with stress, has excellent communication and organization skills. Have proactive and outgoing personality and a track record with obtained good results. You will be joining a highly dynamic and experienced team and should consider these roles as part of strategic management. 至少5-7年船行业经验，英语口语及读写流利，要求会讲普通话。另外必须具有独立、团队合作精神，精力充沛，抗压能力强， 有出色的沟通和组织能力。 积极主动，性格外向，有良好的工作业绩。 您即将加入的是一个非常活跃和有经验的团队，这些成员都应被视为战略管理的一部分。 * Direct reporting to CEO and Board on all strategic matters regarding investments, acquisitions, accounts, Taxation, Structuring, auditing and other such relevant subjects. 所有和投资，合并、财务、税务、架构、审计及相关工作有关的战略事项直接向CEO和董事会汇报； * Strong ability to help network with Banks and Investors for debt and equity and if successful to maintain and service such relationships. 与银行和投资者在有关债务和资产方面有良好的合作能力，并维护与其之间的关系。 *coordinate with legal counsel for loan documentation. 与法律顾问协调贷款相关文件 *Strong analytical skills 良好的分析能力 *Ability to build vessel cash flow model for the new Company to facilitate Sale and Purchase activities and Investment opportunities 具有为新公司的销售采购活动及投资机会建立船舶现金流模型的能力； *Review investment leads and proposals. 审查投资率及建议 * Strong leadership skills capable of building up a team; 良好的领导力，具有团队建设能力 *Self sufficient, strong accounting/structuring/ Taxation knowledge and must understand all problems associated with this area for shipping 自立自信，具有良好的财务、构架、税务专业知识，理解所有船舶领域相关问题； *Strong monitoring and organization skills 良好的监管和组织能力 Understanding of vessel voyage management and shipping technical software, hire statements and invoicing. 了解船舶航运管理和船舶技术软件，租赁报表和发票 Work with Managers and Vessel Supervisors to ensure continuous improvement in operational efficiencies using effective cost control processes 与经理和船舶主管一起利用有效成本管控措施保证持续改进运营效率 Active support to the other divisions and management in the Company 积极支持公司其他部门工作和管理。 Oversee the Company's annual accounts and reporting and liaise with auditors. 监管公司年度财务账户及报告，联络审计。 Help maintain a strong risk management and reporting process within the company. 协助维护公司内部良好的风险管理及汇报程序。 Qualification Requirement 任职要求 1、Accounting, Finance , economic-related professional, undergraduate and above(certificate preferred); 财务、金融、经济学相关专业本科及以上（有相关认证证书者优先） 2. Qualified accountant, more than five years relevant work experience; 合格会计师，5年以上相关工作经验； 3. Familiar with the China Accounting Standards, understanding of Asian Accounting Standards; 熟悉中国会计准则，了解亚洲会计准则； 4. Excellent communication skills and sense of teamwork; familiar with computer operation, especially Excel. 优秀的沟通技巧和团队合作意识， 熟悉办公软件，尤其Excel。
