Job Title: Finance Manager, OP China

Location: Shanghai, China

Report to: Finance Manager, Asia

China, based in Shanghai/Kunshan offices, covering all OP operations in China, including manufacturing plant in Kunshan, sales and distribution offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, etc.

Responsibilities:

1 Full books of accounts & financial reporting for all operations in China

2 Tracking of manufacturing costs and factory expenses to meet pre-determined targets

3 Yearly strategic planning, budgeting & financial analysis projects for both manufacturing and commercial organizations in China

4 Internal controls, including capital spending control, working capital and assets management

5 Ensure local and corporate regulatory compliance, represent Finance China in annual audits

6 Liaison with regional office on various projects

7 Supervise Finance team in China, provide coaching, training and development

Qualifications:

1 CPA with 7 years of experience in both trading & manufacturing (not less than 2 years in either area) is a must

2 MNC, enterprise accounting system exposure, and SOX internal control experience are highly regarded

3 Strong team leader with long term vision & business sense

4 Passion on people with good coaching and communication skills

5 Honesty and integrity with good employment track record

6 Fluency in English definitely an asset
