Brief description of Minimum Qualifications for the Job Candidates (English & Chinese)

岗位录用条件（中英文）

1. education (master degree as a plus) with focus on accounting, controlling, finance or international business 财务、成本控制，金融或国际商务等相关专业，硕士学历优先
2. 3 years experience in an international manufacturing company as well as accounting/finance and controlling (of production cost) 三年以上财务或成本会计工作经验，有国际制造业企业工作经验者优先
3. Good communication and organization skills, strong analytical skills, flexible, able to work under pressure 善于沟通，工作有条理，良好的数据分析能力，能承担工作压力，工作方法灵活机动
4. Fluency in English. German a plus 英语流利，会德语者优先
5. Familiar with MS Office and ERP systems (experience in SAP is a plus) 能熟练使用微软办公软件word、Excel，PowerPoint和ERP系统，有SAP工作经验者优先

Brief Description of Job Duties (English & Chinese)

岗位职责描述（中英文）
1. Result, cost center and budget Controlling of a product area (focus: production cost center) incl. month end closing, annual business plan and quarterly rolling forecast 产品相关的利润、生产部门成本中心及其预算控制，包括月结、年度经营计划、季度滚动预测的编制
2. Preparation of monthly management reports as well as presentation 准备月度管理报告和相应演示文稿
3. Hourly rate and standard Cost calculation 产品小时费率及标准成本计算
4. Participation as Controlling representative in new product development projects as well as ratio projects 代表财务控制参与新产品研发项目和降低成本项目
5. Ensure companies accounting is in line with group standard regarding cost center and cost elements 保证财务记账符合集团的工作准则
