Key Accountabilities:
1. Provide professional insight and analysis and to support management to take decisions towards targets for
plant
2. Work with plant functions to develop plant cost budget and cost rolling forecast
3. Cost closing on time and variances analysis
4. Cost release and new cost calculation
5. Prepare productivity/WCM and other operational RAs and follow up the implementation
6. Other relevant tasks assigned by business controller

Qualification Requirements:
1. Min. 5 years in a costing related or production process related experience in manufacturing environment.
2. Familiar with standard costing methodology and strong analytical skills demonstrated during the work
3. Major in Finance, economics or related function
4. Organized, and ability to manage multi-tasks, user and result focus and team self-motivate
