岗位职责：
1、This position will have overall responsibility for managing the financial accounting for the Company.
2、Development and maintenance of an efficient accounting system that properly reflects the activities of the Company.
3、Interface with governmental agencies regarding tax implications and other levies that may be required.
4、Analyzing management reports to provide guidance to the operations on how to best meet China’s business objectives.
5、Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in the areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.
6、Preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation.
7、Provides management with timely reviews of organization’s financial status and progress in its various programs and activities and then makes recommendations which will result in cost reduction and profit improvement.
8、Is the key contact with the banking, tax and statutory authorities in China.
9、Responsible for managing all tax and tax related activities to ensure that the proper filing and other regulatory requirements are met. Specific knowledge in duty related transactions is critical.
10、Interacts with the financial banking community in China on behalf of the Company when required.
11、Provide assistance at the direction of headquarters to investigate and resolve any financial reporting irregularities.
12、Ensure that all statutory requirements in China are met.
13、Set Standards and Policies for China in concert with headquarters, keeping abreast of best practices and takes steps to ensure that Corporation is implementing such practices where appropriate.
职位要求：
1、Bachelor Degree in Finance.
2、CPA certification is preferable.
3、5+ years of accounting/finance experience – with a portion of that time spent with in a manufacturing environment that has employed world-class financial management tools including ERP system is preferable.
4、Western company work experience.
5、Solid accounting and costing background
6、European Standard Costing Procedure and knowledge preferred.
7、Global perspective
8、Initiative taking abilities
9、Good communication skills
10、Ability to analyze and recommend solutions
11、Ability to develop and coach team members
12、English proficiency.
13、Computer skills with a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
