Job Description:
Collect employee’s web-expense reports with Fa Piao and scan to SSC/GFIC on timely manner.
Collect Service Provider Agreement, Statement of Work of the Vendors, Invoices and Fa Piao, and scan to SSC/GFIC on timely manner
Negotiate with SSC/GFIC for employee inquiry in regard to web-expense reimbursement and purchasing issue.
Assist new hired employees to get familiar with IeBC new application usage.
Payments to outside vendors on expense claims accordingly SSC/GFIC’s payment instruction.
Review Service Provider Agreement, Statement of Work, and other supporting documents of the payment, to ensure the company’s spending policy is met.
Communicate with employees on the inquiry on web-expense reimbursement and purchasing issue.
Perform training to employees on web-expense reimbursement and purchasing.
Preparation for ad. hoc works
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, major in accounting, finance, economics, business management, or related subjects.
Over 3 years experience in finance, accounting fields with sound and solid accounting knowledge, and preferable 2 years in accounts payable.
Working experience in MNCs is a plus
CPA, ACCA, or with related qualification is preferred
Teamwork, self-motivated, independent, integrity, high efficient
Proven planning, problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy including spreadsheets
Could endure working pressure
Title: Accounts Receivable Accountant
Organization: China Finance dept.
Report to: China Finance Manager
Location: Beijing
Job Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Receivable management and collection
- Prepare monthly A/R report packages required by the management team
- A/R aging analysis and write off proposal
- A/R collection work supported by administrators from all lines of business
- A/R reconciliation after cash is received
- Coordinating work with banks
- Monthly VAT Return data analysis and filing
2. Supervise two assistants for invoice/Fapiao management
- Invoice review: filing invoices in contract packages, checking invoices with paper contracts and mailing invoices to bill-to parties per requests
- Issue Fapiao: issuing VAT BT Fapiao per contracts and invoices, filing Fapiao, keeping manual spreadsheets and delivering Fapiao
- Fapiao management: keeping monthly usage reports, Fapiao purchase and system maintenance
3. Assist Finance Manager in credit review
- Work with sales to collect all necessary credit review information
- Order external credit agency reports
- Credit file maintenance
- Assist Finance Manager in credit review analysis
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or other business related;
2. Over 4 + years work experience in finance or accounting fields with solid analytical skills and accounting treatment knowledge, preferring in Accounts Receivable and VAT Fapiao management;
3. Knowledge of Client software system would be an advantage;
4. Working experience at MNCs or Big Four is preferred;
5. CPA, ACCA or other related certifications is a plus;
6. Self-motivated, spirits of teamwork, integrity, patience, can work under pressure and meet deadlines;
7. Good oral and written English
Title: Statutory Accountant

Job Description:
Preparation of company consolidated financial statements in accordance with statutory reporting requirements
Performing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Calculation of Business Tax, VAT, Stamp Duty, FEIT, preparation of tax returns, and performing monthly/quarterly/annual filing
Preparing Tax Pack
Raising POs for professional fee and performing receipt in the right accounting period
Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports to Statistics Bureau and Beijing Software Industry Association
Performing new products registration in Copyright Bureau and State Tax Bureau
Handling employees’ benefits issues
Handling issues of Company Annual Assessment
Qualification Requirements:

POSITION: Business Practice Advisor
DEPARTMENT: Business Practices, Finance & Operations
REPORTS TO: Country Finance Director
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as repository for Global practices and be single point of contact for information and advice on Pricing and Business Practices for License.
* In a pro-active manner provide pricing, licensing and business practice advice to the Sales organisation;
* Liase with the Sales organisation to identify and qualify possible exceptions on pricing and business practice when reviewing opportunities at the proposal stage if not earlier;
* Plan, schedule and carry out regular workshops to keep the sales organisation updated. The mission is to render the Sales organisation self sufficient for most day to day practices.
* Establish credible effective working relationships with the Sales organisation.
* Carry out a due diligence exercise on all exception requests to affirm the details in the request.
* Represent with clear analysis the nature exceptions presented by a country and highlight any recurring issues with Global pricing and Business practices needing specific resolution.
* Keep the country FD informed at all times of the efficacy of role in the local country
* Collate and compile data on exceptions, such other information, plot trends thereby measure efficacy of global practices in the Business practise advisors geography.
* Provide regular Business Practice updates and training to Sales force and partners.

The Business Practice Advisor interacts across the full range of Client's lines of business, including personnel from the following functional areas:
* Sales organisation (including OrD and Field Sales)
* Internal Legal Counsel and Contract administration representatives for advice on legal issues, contractual terms and conditions, licence structures and issues arising from exceptions to standard
* Finance Department for customer invoicing, creditworthiness and payment details;
* Technical personnel for assistance on Client technology and internal systems;
* The LMS group.
External:
* Interact with Client partners to impart training using standard Client internally approved material; to provide explanations and clarifications.;
* Prospects or customers to help position Client’s pricing and business practices at the behest of the Sales organisation.
