Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the finance and accounting activities of the organization/project, in compliance with company and parent company policies and procedures, together with local and national government requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the supervision of the accounting issues of Central China Projects

- Review monthly reporting, submit by each projects and prepare Central China monthly reporting

- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and strategic plan schedules for projects

- Prepare and review financial models according to the Group’s requirements

- Ensures compliance of Finance and Accounting activities in the project with parent company, local governments requirements policies and procedures

- Approved the invoices and accounting vouchers

- To help the Finance Manager of projects for set up or improve the accounting system & budget procedures

- Manages the preparation financial statements, balance sheet and management reports; provides financial information to management and shareholders etc…

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Accountancy or Financial management Degree

- Minimum 8 years of working experience , with the 5 years as Finance/Accounting department with MNC Company

- Team player with good leadership, interpersonal and analytical proactive, detail-minded and able to work independently

- Strong management, communications and presentation skills

- Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
