FSP China Revenue Services Manager

Position Description:

To manage China Financial Service Platform (FSP) AR and Revenue &COS processes in accordance with global process design and service levels defined in the BPA. Provide leadership to the FSP China Revenue Services team.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning services and related process, quality and efficiency improvements - Defining action plan according to the target setting to improve quality and timeliness of data processing.

2. Managing service delivery and performance - Operating service area according to Service Level Agreement and FSP strategy. Data quality management and efficiency improvement.

3. Driving change management - Regular activity analysis of own processes to identify areas for improvement and participate in development project deployments.

4. Partnering - Continuous interaction with business partners to understand impact of business changes and receive feedback on the current level of service. Proactive partnership management to secure information sharing and data processing by proposing and agreeing more efficient way of working.

5. People leadership - Efficient resource management in own team to ensure reaching the team target

6. Quality - Continuously monitoring performance measures, proposing and implementing ways of enhance quality, lead times and non quality work.

7. Ensure SOX compliance and balance sheet data quality in revenue area.

Requirements:

1.Degree in accounting
2.6-10 years relevant experience with recent 2-3 years in a managerial or team leader position preferably in AR / credit function.
3. Strong communication skills
4. SAP R/3 (accounting FI/ CoPa or logistics) experience and working knowledge of SOX processes is an advantage.

Business Unit Description:

China timezone Revenue Service team commit to provide value adding accounting and reporting service to business. The team objective is to ensure that revenue and cogs recognition follow global revenue recognition principle, timely and accurate AR update, and continually communication with related parties to keep the process running smoothly and implement and document the agreed internal control.
