Report to : Finance Manager – Corporate Finance Located in HKG
Position Purpose:
• To support and assist the Corporate Finance Manager in all the corporate finance aspects and co-ordinate with the F&A Teams of all the entities in the Group.

General Areas of Responsibilities:
• Investment project proposal review
• JV control & business review
• Internal & external Audit follow-up
• Legal documents maintain and update
• Insurance management
• Authority letter & approval limit
• Taxation
• Contract review
• Risk management
• External reporting to authorities e.g. Tax Bureau
• Licence/certificate application and review
• Transfer pricing
• Policies & procedures & Work Instruction write-up and maintenance.

Specific Areas of Responsibilities:
• Support to FACT implementation
• Take up ad hoc duties, analyses, projects and assignments when required by the Group and the Corporate in Beijing & HK

Measurements for Job Performance or Critical Success Factors:
• Able to meet deadlines as stipulated by the Group and Corporate
• Good quality of investment appraisal
• Accuracy in data computation & presentation
