Our client is the world-leading supplier in mechanical engineering related industry with worldwide operation and own local manufactories in all major markets of the five continents. To ensure the effective operation of Quality Management System and to ensure enterprise providing customer-satisfied products and service through continuous improvement all over China, our client exclusively appointed us to search for this position.

EI CONTROLLER

Based in Shanghai

Major Responsibilities are:

- Provide on-time, professional and proactive support in EI (Service, Repairs/Spare Parts, Mod) operational and strategic controlling to Financial Controller FO and PLM-EI

- Responsible for ensuring integrity, accuracy and timeliness of group & management information of EI operations

- Responsible for analyzing financial key indicators of EI operations to support the management in its decision making process

- Responsible for achieving the Finance and Controlling objectives related to EI operations within SC according to the agreed and approved budgets in line with the company’s financial and overall strategies

- Responsible for keeping the EI controlling function aligned with Group policies and strategies

- Responsible for Finance related EI process improvements

- Training and coaching of FO Finance Manager on EI related issues

- Participation in SC FOs target setting

- Participation in due diligence and assessment of acquisition if EI related

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, finance or relative business major

- Strong financial background (excellent in quantitative analysis)

- Preferably, knowledge in SAP FI-CO, SD (for Mod), SM and MM modules

- Strong track-record in project management/leadership

- Good in communication and fluent in English(both oral and written)

- Good self-confidence

- Natural curiosity

- Frequent travel is required
