职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree with financial specialty.

2. At least 5 years experience in financial management in multi-national company.

3. Strong command in English and communication.

4. Team work spirit.

职位描述：

Financial Administration:

1. Cost and performance controlling.

2. Cash forecasting.

3. Financial rolling forecast and budgeting.

4. Financial and management recording.

5. China entities regional controlling coordination.

6. Maintain controlling module (CO) in SAP for China IT cluster.

7. Represent IFIS in the ECC community.

8. Monthly Tax filing/declaration.

9. Corporate business tax, tax surcharge and others.

Business Administration:

1. Liaison with custom department and freight forwarders for goods clearance.

2. Liasion with vendors on delivery, update goods status and sign off goods receipt.

3. Filing in BnE/Purchase requisition and obtaining necessary signatories.
